Volunteer Role Descriptions
A voluntary position should be thought of like a full time job.
You would not start a paid job without knowing exactly what it is you are supposed to be doing. Therefore, you need to think of any voluntary position you are recruiting for in the same way.
When recruiting and supporting volunteers, it would help both you and them if you could give them a description of the role they may be starting so they know exactly what is expected of them and how much time they will have to dedicate to the position.
