All Triathlon England members (including individual members and affiliated clubs) are invited to the 2014 Triathlon England Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held between 12:30 and 13:30 on Saturday 15 November at Loughborough University Campus, Loughborough, Leicestershire.
The Triathlon England Management Board are also inviting members to submit proposed resolutions or other items of business to be dealt with at the AGM. These proposals or items should be submitted at least four weeks prior to the date of the AGM (Friday, 17 October, 2014) and either emailed to: annamoss@triathlonengland.org or posted: c/o Anna Moss, Triathlon England, Michael Pearson East, 1 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 3QF.
Proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Triathlon England Regulations (Follow link for details: www.triathlonengland.org/about/policy-documents) but it is hoped to maintain an informal atmosphere with an opportunity for members to ask questions and raise concerns as part of the meeting.
