Triathletes from across London celebrated the achievements of a successful season at the Triathlon England Awards Night.
Hosted at the Robert Perks banquet room at Central Hall in Westminster, the evening honoured the winners of this year’s London League, the Junior Series winners and the volunteers of the year.
During the evening, guests were treated to an inspirational
talk by Paralympic icon and world recordholder Danny Crates. Danny gave an overview of his athletic career, from losing his right arm in a car accident aged 21 to dominating Paralympic sport, famously winning gold in the men’s 800 metres at Athens in 2004.
Junior Series award winners were recognised with a presentation of trophies by Junior Coordinator Jim Desmond. The winners were:
