The North West’s next Academy Day will be held on the 13th September 2015 for the 2016 season.

The 10 English Academies hold annual trials to establish the Academy members for the following year.

Trials for the 2016 season will take place on 13th September 2015 for the 2016 season at Edge Hill University.

Applications are invited from athletes born during 2003 or before who are likely to achieve Silver standard or above.  This will provide an opportunity for talented younger athletes to experience the trials and get used to the process.  Only athletes achieving Gold standard or above under the the age of 14 will be offered a place.  Those achieving Silver or above may be offered a place on their 14th birthday.  There will be a limited number of trial places offered to younger athletes.
