Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Region will take place at the Stansted Hilton Hotel on Wednesday 22 October starting at 7:30pm

The Agenda for the meeting will be published on the region’s website (www.triathlonenglandeast.org) 7 days before the meeting.

We hope that all Eastern Region clubs will be represented at the meeting and would welcome nominations for spaces on the Eastern Region committee.

The event will also be used for presenting the trophies for the adult race series in 2014 (the children’s event will be at a different date and venue).
