The third ETU Triathlon European Cup is upon us. Get clued up with who's flying the British flag in Madrid this weekend and how to follow all the action.

What: 2016 Madrid ETU Triathlon European Cup

When: Sunday 4 May

Where: The third ETU Triathlon European Cup of 2016 will be hosted by the Spanish capital of Madrid. The standard distance race is set to start at Casa de Campo Lake and will travel into the surrounding parkland. 

Who: David Bishop leads a 6-strong British male contingent made up of Commonwealth triathletes Grant Sheldon and Marc Austin, with Douglas Roberts, Iestyn Harrett and Luke Pollard completing the line-up.

Going in ranked number 1, ETU Triathlon European Under 23 Champion, Lucy Hall will go out hard in the swim, alongside fellow Brit, Jess Learmonth, and will look to create a solid lead early on. Zoe Thomas will also adorn the Union Jack on Sunday.
