The resolutions that were passed after voting by Triathlon England members are as follows;

 

Resolution 1

That the number of Triathlon England Regional Committees be increased from nine to ten by the creation of a new South Central Regional Committee and that the consequential amendments to Regulations 39, 69, 70 and 74 of the Triathlon England Regulations produced to the meeting are approved.

 

Resolution 2

That the grouping of Regions for the purposes of representation of the Triathlon England Council on the Triathlon England Management Board be changed from the current North, Midlands and South groupings to new North, East and West groupings and that the required amendments to Regulation 39 of the Triathlon England Regulations produced to the meeting are approved.

 

Resolution 4

That the term of appointment of members of the Triathlon England Management Board (other than the Regional Portfolio Directors) be changed from two to four years with a maximum of two consecutive terms of office and that the consequential amendments to Regulations 42 and 45 of the Triathlon England Regulations produced to the meeting are approved, and that the Council be authorised to determine the remaining term of existing directors affected by this change up to a maximum of four years from their appointment and also be authorised to determine how the new maximum of two consecutive terms should apply in respect of terms of less than four years that commenced before the date of this resolution.
