We are looking to appoint a Regional Manager for maternity cover from July 2015 for 6 months to cover the counties of Hampshire, Berkshire Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire.

The Regional Manager will play a major role in contributing to the development of triathlon in England through their commitment and personal drive.  The role holder will have a natural talent for developing strong relationships and close collaborations with key individuals/clubs/other stakeholders, and the ability to facilitate and advise on the organisation of activities and events.  

The successful candidate will have a background in sports development, and be able to demonstrate their commitment, drive and initiative through their knowledge of triathlon and their personal involvement in sport as an athlete, volunteer, or some other official capacity.  Strong influencing, communication and project leadership are essential skills for the role.  

The role will be based within the region from home; however, the nature of the role will require evening and weekend working and extensive travel.  

A mileage allowance is paid for work mileage.
