An open water sprint triathlon and aquabike.
The swim is in the River Coquet with views of Warkworth Castle. The river is tidal and the water temperature is on the cool side. Wet suits are likely to be compulsory and if not are very strongly recommended. The bike is fast and mostly flat and the run has a mixture of grass, trail and pavement.
Race HQ will be based in the Yacht Club at Amble with parking for the event in public pay to use car parks. Please car share, use public transport or cycle to the event where possible.
Please join us in the Yacht Club after the event for coffee and cake and of course the presentations.
