2016 sees the 21st staging of the Frosty - 2 Aquathlons where the swim is indoors in a 25m pool, and then a run around the local boating lake and along the seafront promenade. The course is flat and provided the weather is calm fast times can be achieved. The longer Frosty has a team race of four including at least one female.
