Active Workforce Duathlon Series 4 The event consisting of a starting run distance of 2.5k followed by a 10k cycle and ending with a 2.5k race to the finish line will be the first of four events being held by Active Workforce. Litherland Sports Park boast a 400m, floodlit Athletics track as well as a 1k cycle track which will make the event a professional yet enjoyable event for all abilities over the ages of 16 years.
