Overview
GoTri - Ashford
Aquathlon series of seven events over the summer at Conningbrook lake and Julie Rose Stadium.
This series will consist of 300m swim followed by 2.5K traffic free run round the lake, topped off with a stadium finish on the Julie Rose running track.
These events are perfect for your introduction to multi-sport.
All start at 7pm.
