Meeting point
Mill House Leisure Centre boasts three swimming pools, a sports hall and fitness suite, Pay and display parking is available adjacent to the site, which is free after 6:00pm and on Sundays. Free wi-fi is also available within the building. Close to the venue is the Hartlepool Maritime Experience, and the Historic Quay plenty of activities to entertain the family.

Overview
A Super Sprint pool based Triathlon and Accessible Aquathlon, Triathlon comprises a Pool swim of 200m with a 6k cycle on roads and a 2.5k run.
Accessible Aquathlon, suitable for para triathletes/ people with a disability, pool swim for 10-20 minutes and mobilise for 1 mile.
Both take place in Mill House Leisure Centre.
