Overview
First and foremost aimed at newcomers to the sport but is open to all athletes of all abilities and levels of fitness. Due to there not being a need for a bike, 15+ - 200m Swim and 3.2km or 4.8km Run 11-14 100m Swim and 1.6km (1 lap) Run
Convenient 12pm start. Registration from 11.30.Pre-race information will be issued on the Thursday evening or Friday morning before the event.
