Overview
GO TRI Prudhoe TriathlonThe event will consist of a 200m pool swim, 9km bike ride on open roads and a 2.4km run on paths around the Leisure Centre. The event is the perfect step up from our Aquathlons and a great introduction to Triathlon. The swim will start at 8am and participants pool time will be staggered with no more than 4 swimmers in the water at any one time. The bike course is on open roads and participants will need a serviceable bike and helmet. The run will commence straight after the bike and will finish by the play park to the side of the Centre.
