Edge Hill Sport is the university sports service run on behalf of Edge Hill University. Its aim is to deliver a programme of activities in high quality facilities for the benefit of a wide range of stakeholders including students, staff, community, local schools and National Governing Bodies of Sport offering an excellent service to all users.
Edge Hill Sport’s facilities are situated to the East of the main Ormskirk campus, offering some of the best sporting facilities in the region and are fully accessible to wheelchair users and others with disabilities and contains excellent provision for both indoor and outdoor sports.
2014 will see the building of a new sports centre which will be in addition to the existing indoor provision and will be ready for 2015.

Overview
A brand new pool triathlon taking place in the breathtaking campus of the University of the Year - Edge Hill University in Ormskirk. Making full use of the £25 million new Sports Complex and Pool for the swim. The bike follows the quiet partially closed country roads to the rear of the University and the run takes in the on campus fitness trail and lake!
