Meet at the Reception area in main entrance.
Participants to arrive for 9:45am for an event briefing.
The Swim Bike Run will involve a 10 minute swim in our indoor 25m pool, a 20 minute cycle in the spin studio, and a 1km run around the park at the rear of the centre.
The run will be a mixture of paths and grass.
The emphasis at these sessions will be on participation and entrants can do as much or little as they want to on the day.

Come and do as much or as little as you want in a fun environment. Swim Bike Run Local are monthly opportunities to help you create fitness habits of a lifetime. Come and get started with likeminded people and build your confidence in these fun and welcoming opportunities.
Please be aware that the maximum distances on the day may have a 10% variance either way to those advertised, due to the nature of the course and facility.
If you are entering the family wave, there is a maximum of 6 per family with a 1 adult to 2 children ratio and adults must maintain line of sight with their children at all times prior to and during participation.
