Sprint & Super Sprint distance triathlons based at the magnificent Hampton Open Air Swimming Pool.
The event consists of a 426m (Sprint ) 213m (Super Sprint) pool based swim. 21km (Sprint )& 14km (Super Sprint) Cycle through the quiet bank holiday streets of Hampton and Lower Sunbury and culminating in a 5km (Sprint) / 2.5km (Super Sprint ) run at the spectacular Royal Bushy Park.
A Pool-based swim at Hampton Open Air Swimming Pool and amazing marshals cheering you on make this an ideal race for beginners looking to do their first-ever triathlon, including and for more competent racegoers looking to improve.
