Clubs required to test our new Club Management System

Published:

We’re looking for a variety of clubs from across all regions to pilot-test our new Club Management System, designed to streamline some of the vital club processes and functions.

There are currently around 600 British Triathlon affiliated clubs and over 30,000 Home Nation members, with this number increasing year on year due to the growth of the sport. As part of our commitment to our clubs, British Triathlon is looking to provide more opportunities and support for clubs and their members. Research shows that support with managing your club more effectively and efficiently would be greatly appreciated.

We are looking for affiliated clubs to take part in a new Club Management System pilot, to trial new software that will help your club to;

  • Membership management (direct debits and online payment management)
  • Club website and members’ area
  • Offer online booking and payment for club training sessions and events
  • Provide marketing and communication capability
  • Be GDPR compliant and provide business support and best practice
  • Save you time

During the trial, you will be asked to feedback on how well the software worked for your club's needs, what you would like to see within the software and what you didn’t feel was needed or worked well so that we can best tailor the product to the needs of our clubs.

This exciting opportunity will launch in October and run until Spring 2019. The pilot will include a maximum of 10 clubs who will get a package of support, including workshops and webinars for all clubs involved. British Triathlon are seeking to select a broad range of clubs to be part of the pilot.

Andy Salmon, British Triathlon CEO, said: “British Triathlon and the Home Nations recognise the vital role clubs play in both the sustainability and future of triathlon and multi-sport and we keen to ensure we are supporting them in the best possible way. We can’t wait to get started on the Club Management pilot scheme and work with clubs to create solutions so they can to continue to thrive.”

If your club would be interested in trialling the new software, please register your interest by completing this short questionnaire by midnight on Wednesday 19 September.
