Fancy spending your Saturday learning top tips from triathlon experts? We have the FINAL workshop spaces up for grabs ahead of the Triathlon England and British Triathlon AGM Weekend, a unique chance to rub shoulders with the professionals and build the foundations for a successful 2016.

Emma Brunning of Active Blu will lead our Swimming, Faults and Corrections workshop. A Coach, Tutor and Mentor, Emma‘s experience of supporting, guiding and developing coaches across the UK is invaluable and the workshop aims to educate on common technical flaws.**Please note half of this session is practical and pool based, so appropriate swim wear will be required.**

The Winter Training workshop features Martin Yelling, a dedicated triathlon and running coach who has worked with all levels from total novices to full time professional athletes. Current coaching advisor to Men's Running magazine, Martin is the founder of the UK's number 1 running podcast Marathon Talk and is a UKA level 3 endurance coach. Swim Smooth will lead their section with tips on how to make the most of winter in the water, with Aaron Bird from turbotraining.co.uk sharing his cycling expertise.

Digital Insight Director & Ironman athlete Mike Cliffe-Jones will take the Social Media and Marketing workshop, cutting through the complexities of the area and providing clear and straightforward training. The workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to take advantage of the endless possibilities to market any product or service using digital platforms.

The Video Analysis workshop will be led by Morgan Williams; a Triathlon & Open Water Swimming coach at the highest level for over 10 years. He has regularly coached abroad including Spain, French Alps, Lanzarote and Perth, Western Australia with Swim Smooth and recently graduated from the British Triathlon Kaizen High Performance Coaching programme.

Ian Pyper from the English Institute of Sport will head up the Analysing your Performance and Developing Strength & Conditioning workshop on Saturday 14 November.

Ian has been working in elite sport as a strength and conditioning coach since 2006. His work has involved the preparation of elite athletes for two Olympic cycles in a variety of sports; most recently as Lead S&C coach for GB Boxing and British Triathlon for London 2012.
