GO TRI Gym is a triathlon specific fitness class which is run throughout over 120 health clubs throughout the UK.
The classes are for all abilities; they are suitable for those who want their first taster of multisport or can be used as a form of training for a triathlon. GO TRI training is delivered by triathlon-trained instructors who will be able to give you all the tools you need to improve your fitness for triathlon while being in the comfort a leisure centre.
You don’t need to take any equipment with you to the classes as your local gym/fitness centre should have you covered. The sessions have been designed to work around your fitness and allow you to work at your pace. The sessions can include indoor cycling, running on a treadmill, pool sessions, brick sessions, strength and conditioning and circuits - all in the aim to get you triathlon ready.
