The Weymouth Middle Distance – South West
Consisting of three races, giving participants the choice between the sprint, classic and middle distance triathlon. With the swim taking place in Weymouth Bay and the rolling cycle making way for a final run around the Lodmoor Nature Reserve, this event offers great swim, bike, run opportunities for those attending.
Cotswold Women’s Only Triathlon – South West
A fun and friendly women's-only event. Tailored complete novices or the more experienced athlete looking for a good sprint event. Set in the picturesque Cotswolds, at the Country Park and beach, this swim, bike, run aims to inspire women through sport.
Bridge Triathlon – South East
This year will be the 12th edition of Bridge Triathlon. Taking place on a traffic-free bike course, this event is designed for anyone new to the sport and for those looking for a competitive edge. The race is part of the London League.
Centurion Triathlon – East
This event gives participants three choices: the 100-mile Imperial, the 100-km Metric, or the Legionnaire Sprint. These races will begin in Stanborough Park amphitheatre before embarking on a hilly cycle and run to the finish. The Centurion Triathlon is designed to be a great preparation race for longer distance events.
Sandwell Junior Triathlon 2021 -West Midland
An open water swim followed by a cycle along closed roads is inviting youth and junior athletes to take part in the West Midlands. The course has been described to be an adult-type course designed for children and youth distances.
Spring Lakes Events Aquathlon Series – East Midlands
The East Midlands is set to host a 750m swim followed by a 5km trail run that’s suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
Wilmslow Triathlon – North West
A sprint triathlon on the Cheshire plains beginning with a 400m swim in an indoor pool before finishing with a 6.3km run that goes out from the leisure centre along mainly quiet, leafy roads around east Wilmslow.
British Triathlon has developed specific Covid-19 requirements focused on the practical implementation of the key government measures of social distancing and increased hygiene. The above permitted events have demonstrated their application of these additional requirements.
