The second annual Notts Varsity Triathlon will be held on Sunday, 24 April 2016 on the beautiful University of Nottingham campus.This sprint triathlon consists of a 400m swim at the University Park Swimming Pool, a hilly 5 lap (15km) cycle on internal campus roads around University Park followed by a 5km run throughout the Downs and around the Highfields Park Lake. This event is open to the general public with a particular emphasis towards university alumni, particularly those of the University of Nottingham (UoN) and Nottingham Trent University (NTU). The final wave will be a varsity wave between the top current members of the UoN and NTU Triathlon Clubs. We also are pleased announce this year youth wave in Notts Varsity Triathlon for participants 15-17 years of age and the introduction of Notts Varsity TriStars Aquathlon for participants 8-14 years of age. Please note that all participants below the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian attend with them for the duration of the event.
