Debbie got involved in her first triathlon in 2009 after supporting a friend in a super sprint triathlon. She has since progressed to be an Age Group athlete at a range of distance and disciplines and is passionate about supporting novices into the sport.

Debbie is a club member of Serpentine in London always proud to wear the red and gold club kit. She has been Chairman of the London Region Committee for Triathlon England for two years having previously been Vice Chairman for a year.  She really enjoys chairing the committee, working with so many different people who are all passionate about the development of the sport. 

Debbie is also a run leader for a small running charity helping support homeless women build up their confidence and meet new friends through sport. She also supports Crisis and works within their women’s centre over the Christmas period.

When not out training or racing Debbie runs her own consultancy providing strategic business advice to SME shareholders and boards.
