Lee joined the Triathlon England board in 2024 as a Non-Executive Regional Portfolio Director 

Lee completed his first triathlon with his daughter at Cholmondeley Castle in 2015. Now a firm triathlon participant Lee has completed a number of full distance races enjoying training with Chorley Triathlon Club.  As a parent he has watched his daughter develop as an athlete who is now a member of the British Triathlon squad based at Bath University.

Outside of triathlon Lee has held various Commercial roles within Procurement with 20 year’s experience, currently working as a Global Category Manager.

This is Lee’s first Board role bringing a perspective as an Athlete, Community Member and Parent.
