Athletes added to England Talent Squad

The England Talent B Squad has been confirmed. Eighteen athletes aged 15 to 18 has been selected to receive support through the National Talent Squad structure.

The B squad comprises of talented junior athletes who will have access to national camps, sports science and medical guidance, and the opportunity for them and their coach to work with the Head Talent Coach, Rick Velati to help guide their overall programme.

The aim of the England Talent Squad is to bring together the best young triathletes in England and to be a key stage in their journey along the British Triathlon Performance Pathway. Athletes including Olivia Mathias, Ben Dijkstra and Alex Yee have benefitted in recent years and are progressing to U23 level having won major junior medals and having secured University places.
