We're almost at the end of the 2015 race season and what a fantastic year it has been for GO TRI. This is down to you, your volunteers and the competitors, the majority who are taking their first steps in triathlon.
We've seen GO TRI venues grow from 68 at the end of April to 121 by the end of this year; creating 397 opportunities for people to swim, cycle and run for the first time.
The GO TRI team have been talking to event organisers throughout 2015 and have created three exciting new opportunities in 2016, enabling you to:
- put on waves for under 14 year olds;
- organise as many GO TRI events in the year as you would like. It is no longer essential for an organiser to arrange four GO TRI events per year;
- manage your events on the new British Triathlon online entry system.
The renewal process is now open for 2016 events.
