The Triathlon England National Championships are just around the corner. Hosted at some of the greatest venues in the country, all our members will be given the opportunity of winning a national title and medal at the 2020 Triathlon England National Championships.
The new decade is beginning with a promising year for multisport and the Triathlon England National Championships will be no exception.
The first championship is the Standard Distance Duathlon at Stockton Duathlon Festival on 26 April. The race will cover a 10km run, a 40km bike and a final 5km run. The Stockton Duathlon Festival previously hosted an English National Championships in 2016 and this return to the North East is set to be another spectacular opening event for the National Championships.
Six more championship events will take place throughout the year across a variety of multisport disciplines. Following the duathlon will be the Standard Distance Triathlon at Dambuster (20 June), followed by the Middle Distance Triathlon at the Festival of Endurance (5 July) and the Aquathlon at the Worthing Aquathlon (12 July).
The penultimate championship event is the Club Relay Championships at the Triathlon Relays (29 August), with the year ending at the Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships at the Box End Triathlon (6 September).
Triathlon England National Championship events are open to everyone, regardless of ability and there is no qualification process to enter. To be eligible to win a Triathlon England National Championship title or medal, you must hold a valid Triathlon England Core or Ultimate race licence.
